Mollie Slater, Esq. is the Founder and CEO of Case Inquiry and a current practicing attorney. Her career uniquely bridges healthcare and law, giving her deep insight into complex medical-legal cases.

Before entering law, Mollie spent eight years as a practicing nurse. After law school, she worked in hospital risk management, compliance, and privacy—experiences that gave her firsthand knowledge of how healthcare systems operate from the inside. She later represented plaintiffs in Ohio, focusing primarily on medical malpractice and advocating for individuals harmed by failures in care.

This combined background in clinical practice, hospital administration, and litigation ultimately led Mollie to found Case Inquiry, where she brings clarity to complex medical records and legal issues at the heart of high-stakes litigation.

Mollie is a graduate of Capital University Law School in Ohio and is licensed to practice law in both Washington and Ohio. She recently relocated to Washington to enjoy the people, landscapes, and experiences of the Pacific Northwest.

Outside of work, Mollie and her dog, Gladys, enjoy paddleboarding, spending time outdoors, cooking, and reading (Gladys mostly supervises).
